Energy seems to be his driving force. Taijwant Ramdeva, more than a couple of decades back in his late teens, as a practitioner of taekwondo, a Korean martial-art, got to know about ‘chi’, the vital life force in all beings. ‘Chi’ fascinated him no end. It could make him break wooden planks and bricks. Even after attaining 4th dan black belt in taekwondo, ‘chi’ remained an enigma. His quest to know more about ‘chi’ got him to meet various masters, yogis and gurus, who enlightened him on the subject and more. Much to his delight, ‘chi’, which was till then to him a source of demonstrating destructive powers, could heal the human mind and body! Thus, began a journey into the world of energy healing.

Under the watchful eyes of the gurus, meditation and energy-healing became a way of life and brought him in contact with the inhabitants and beings of the worlds beyond ours, who were more than ready to help mankind on its journey to spiritual evolution. As a full time energy healer, he conducts workshops on stress healing through guided meditations, yoga, pranayama, t’ai chi and karma management.

Taijwant Ramdeva is a qualified energy healer, yoga practitioner, and a Reiki Grand Master. He loves to experiment with energies and is always looking to simplify techniques. He has been working with people from various walks of life for the past ten years. His e-book titled “10 Minutes a Day - To Keep Stress Away” has been received very well, because it contains some of his proven and successful techniques. Why is your program required?
Most young minds at the young age of 35 – 40 years are crumbling to pressure created by consistent work-stress. Companies that train their manpower at substantial cost are losing people to stress when they are at their productive best. Burnouts at the prime of youth are a huge personal, corporate and national loss in terms of human resource.

Are smoking and drinking viable solutions?
Not at all! These habits may provide some sort of temporary relief, but their regular indulgence is likely to cause more physical and psychological damage compounded with growing and accumulating stress.

Is there a healthy solution to this problem?
YES! THERE IS, INDEED! My program is aimed at direct stress release through guided meditation sessions. It will not be an exaggeration at all to say that relief for most participants is almost instantaneous during the introductory session. The moment stress energies are released there is a heavenly sense of relief and peace. Guided meditation is supplemented with t’ai chi and other simple stress-release and energy-buildup practices.

How long does a session take?
A group session can take a minimum half hour to a maximum one hour. Apart from the guided practices, I shall hold a very brief talk every session to explain how energies function; how stress energies operate; how energy levels can be enhanced to avoid accumulation of stress energies, and many other related topics to help individuals gain self-sufficiency in managing stress.

How far apart can sessions be held?
Sessions can be held on weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis depending on the need to cleanse people of constantly accumulating stress energies.

Which areas are your services available in?
I have held talks and stress-release sessions in Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and other places in India. Besides conducting sessions, I train personnel to handle stress release sessions on their own.
